ArcPoint AI Decision Review
Review Terms
Version 2026-09-06
1. Nature of the service
ArcPoint provides independent decision-support analysis based on information made available for the review. Outputs are advisory materials intended to support—not replace—authorized human judgment, organizational approval processes or professional advice.
2. No professional advice or guaranteed outcome
ArcPoint does not provide legal, regulatory, financial, investment, medical or other licensed professional advice, and does not certify compliance. No output guarantees a particular result, identifies every risk or establishes that a proposed action is lawful, safe, accurate or appropriate.
3. Client responsibility and decision authority
The submitting organization remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful submission of its information; for independently evaluating all findings; for obtaining qualified professional advice where required; and for every decision, approval, implementation action and resulting consequence.
4. Evidence and AI limitations
Findings may be incomplete or incorrect when information is missing, outdated, biased, contradictory or outside the stated review boundary. Automated or AI-assisted analysis must be treated as a preliminary analytical aid and must not be the sole basis for a high-impact decision. ArcPoint will identify material evidence limitations when known.
5. Submitted information
The submitter confirms that they are authorized to provide the information and files submitted, and will not knowingly provide unlawful material, credentials, unnecessary sensitive personal information or third-party confidential information they lack authority to disclose.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its outputs are provided without warranties of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. ArcPoint is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made without independent verification, required professional advice or authorized human approval. Any separate signed engagement agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
